Here I recommend that you use Group Policy Log View tool to export Group Policy event data from the system and operational log into a text, then post it in this thread. Thus I suspect that you can’t change these system settings, it might be related to Group Policy settings in your computer. To move on, I noticed that you have restored the default power settings and it worked normally before a restart. You can take the suggestions in the web first.
